Dustin is not just a fabricator — he is a visionary builder, engineer, and entrepreneur who has been mastering his craft since the age of thirteen. Where others see limits, Dustin sees opportunity. Throughout his career, he has consistently tackled the most complex and challenging projects that others wouldn’t dare attempt — and delivered results that redefine excellence.
Today, Dustin is the founder of multiple successful companies, including Gearhead Kustoms, LLC, and the original creator of Iron Sights, Inc.. With a patent pending and several ventures under his leadership, he has proven himself as a business force capable of transforming bold ideas into industry-leading enterprises.
Driven by a deep appreciation for the artistry hidden within steel, Dustin’s work has earned him a reputation as a world-class craftsman, patina master, journeyman fabricator, and trusted mentor to the next generation of elite fabricators. Dustin holds three advanced degrees in Automotive, Diesel, and Industrial Technologies, alongside three CSLB contractor licenses (C-23 Architectural Metals, C-51 Structural and Miscellaneous Steel, and C-60 Welding). He has been mastering technical design through AutoCAD since he was just fourteen, bringing a level of detail and sophistication to projects that only a handful of individuals in the industry can match.
